Fuzz, a very old and oooo soooo tired puppy.. he is now asleep and at peace.
It is with a very sad heart that I must tell you of the loss of a true and loving friend.. our 15 year old 'puppy' Fuzz passed over today and is now waiting for us on the other side. I held him on his first day on earth and on his last day as well. I believe in eternal life, not only for us but for our loving pets as well. My last words to Fuzz were.. "Thank your for 15 wonderful years. See you at the Rainbow Bridge." I love you Fuzz.
Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows
and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together.
There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and
comfortable. All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to
health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again,
just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The
animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss
someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the
distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins
to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster
and faster. You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend
finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again.
The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head,
and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from
your life but never absent from your heart. Then you cross Rainbow
Bridge together.... Author unknown...

Imagination

I just got back from seeing the movie "Hugo" produced by Johnny Depp and Martin Scorsese. It has to be one of the top films I have ever seen because of the concepts quoted below. If I could get anything across in my writing, I would be content if someone, somewhere, somewhen believed these concepts! Not just in movies but in books (which live only when read), stories, and live on stage. Trolls, Myth, Imagination and Self Worth.. and young love.. wonderful, pure and worth it. So like Georges Méliès I invite you to "Come, and dream with me!"
Hugo Cabret: I'd imagine the whole world was one big machine. Machines never come with any extra parts, you know. They always come with the exact amount they need. So I figured if the entire world was one big machine, I couldn't be an extra part. I had to be here for some reason. And that means you have to be here for some reason too.
Georges Méliès: Come, and dream with me.
